PeakSpeak AI provides interview-support software and related workflows for preparation, response drafting, and post-session review. Service availability may vary by device, operating system, browser, permissions, and third-party platform behavior.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws, workplace policies, interview platform rules, and any applicable consent requirements.

We own or license all rights in the Services, including software, design, branding, trademarks, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

You represent that: (a) information you provide is accurate and current; (b) you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (c) your use will comply with applicable laws and regulations; and (d) you will not use the Services for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

You may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.

Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are billed in the currency shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.

Unless otherwise stated in-app, purchases are subject to our posted billing and refund terms at the time of purchase. We may correct pricing errors and refuse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

You must not misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• violating law, regulation, contract, or third-party rights;
• attempting to gain unauthorized system access or bypass security controls;
• automated scraping, data harvesting, or abusive bot traffic;
• uploading malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code;
• using the Services in contexts where prohibited by policy or law.

If you submit content, prompts, feedback, or files ("Contributions"), you remain responsible for ensuring you have the required rights and permissions. Contributions must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful.

By submitting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use them as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Feedback may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

The Services may rely on third-party tools, platforms, and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service limitations outside our control.

We may monitor usage, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, and suspend or limit access where necessary for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, or security requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.

Before filing formal claims, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting the other party in writing.

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by non-waivable law.

Service information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We may correct or update information at any time without prior notice.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeakSpeak AI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeakSpeak AI from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Contributions, or your breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for data you submit and for maintaining your own backups where required. While we use reasonable safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted preservation of all data.

You consent to electronic communications and agree that electronic records, contracts, notices, and signatures satisfy legal writing and signature requirements where permitted by law.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms. If you have a complaint, contact us first so we can attempt resolution quickly.

These Terms and related policies form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
